This Yuzu brew is based on Sake, made with the local Wakayama Yuzu, which is squeezed with the skin left on. You will enjoy a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity.  

A tart rose-colored sake brewed with red yeast. The beautiful sake is balanced between both sweet and tart, and has a flavor that resembles strawberries. Keep refrigerated.
