Varieties: Louise Swenson, 26 different varieties of cultivated and wild apples 

Farming: Organic/Biodynamic, Low to No added SO2

Vineyards/Orchards: Red Horse Farm, Bridgewater, VT (grapes) + La garagista, Barnard, VT (apples)

Picked in September, this fruit saw both extended whole cluster and skin contact fermentation before pressing in mid-to-late November. The juice was blended with a November cider blend (an earlier cider than our usual February-March pressings) combining equal parts crab and wild apples with a mix of cultivated apples (mostly Liberties).
