New World in style with an hommage to Burgundy. Would pair great with food and is juicy enjoy to drink with a slight chill. Cannot get enough of this wine!
Foot stomped then macerated for almost a week on the skins with the stems. Spontaneous and non-temperature controlled fermentation. Gently pressed in our vintage Italian press. Primary fermentation in glass regularly topped up. Secondary fermentation in used Francois Freres barrels for 7 months. No sulfur added at any point
