Crisp, clean, and zesty, it’s much too easy to drink. The pét nat blanc is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented and aged in three different vessels: cement tank, stainless steel tank, and a type of oak barrel that Quentin had made to his exact specifications deemed the “cigar” barrel. Fresh, aromatic, and zippy. Well priced, super clean sans souffre (or just a little SO2 in the case of the Chenin), biodynamic wine, made by a new winemaker that we believe will be one to watch in the years to come.
