Made from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa, bottle fermented she is ruby red in colour with aromas of cherry, carnation, a trace of licorice. Flinty minerality and elevated with tight fizz, fresh acidity and green tea tannins. Crispy as Hell.
Frisant Rosso is made with the 'Metodo Ancestrale' technique. Spontaneous Fermentation with native yeasts.
