2019 Callet, Manto Negro Maybe the best liter wine in the world !? Eloi did not want to use the grapes from his younger vines for the FATO and instead grew them separately: without wood, from 50% Callet and 50% Manto negro. But the result is abnormally good (to be honest, we stocked up ourselves first)! Drinkable and fresh, delicate and spicy - and ridiculously complex for a vino jovén , which is actually intended to be a liter of fun wine.
