This wine hails from one of the coolest regions in Greece: the tiny town of Zitsa. Small and mountainous with a climate more continental than mediterranean.
Very distinct leathery and forest fruit aromas, with high but complex acidity. Spice-forward but with a lovely velvety finish that lingers on for several seconds after tasting.
