Orange color which resembles that of honey, tea or a cognac color. Intense and highly complex aromatic composition with characteristic aromas of apple, butter, and sweet spices like cinnamon and cloves. Rich on the palate, refreshing and well-balanced with main aromas of apple, butter flavor with a mild oxidation, as well as aromas of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. 

Paleokerisio, which translates to ‘Old Fashioned’ is a throwback to ancient Greek winemaking techniques. Made from the local, indigenous grape Debina with a splash of Vlahiko, it spends 12 days macerating on its skins before it’s bottled in the middle of fermentation resulting in a funky, demi-sec, orange, lightly sparkling wine that defies categorization.
