The NV Brut Henri III Grand Cru is another impressive wine in this range. Light oak accents work well here. White flowers, mint, white orchard fruit and lemon confit bring out the brighter side of Pinot Noir in this beautifully delineated Champagne from Coutier. All the elements meld together so nicely. Here, too, Coutier has done a terrific job in avoiding the vegetal qualities that afflict so many 2011-based Champagnes while retaining a good bit of energy. Organic
