On the palate, it's full-bodied, broad and vinous, with a generous core of sappy fruit, ripe acids and a deep, structured core, concluding with a saline, expansive finish. The assemblage takes place with 6 different vintages and high percentage of wines, vinified in wooden barrels. Low dosage Champagne.
