Drinks and feels like a super-fresh skin-contact orange wine. Fun. Fresh. The wine opens with aromas of fresh green apples that give way to lemon zest, yeast and a salty, mineral core. Slightly fuller bodied than classic white Txakoli, the wine is bright and fresh, making it an ideal aperitif before dinner, and a great partner for poultry and seafood.
Aged 6 months on the lees and bottled unfiltered.
