This superb Friday night Pinot is enhanced with easy tannins. Wet leaves, smoke, and blackberry scents lead to a complex, medium-bodied palate with wild strawberry, blackberry, and earthy spice notes. Ideal for a night home, a night out, and everything in between.
All the grapes are hand harvested and go through spontaneous fermentation. Once fermented the wine is then is transferred to large French oak barrels. Aged 22 months.
