The intense smell of raspberries brusts on the nose and palate with a hint of cassis that is complemented by a fine tannin finish. We recommend it slightly chilled, as an aperitif or simply to drink away with fun! It offers you fun and character at the same time.
Gentle pressing, grapes destemmed, short skin macerations between 3-6 days, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, vinification in large oak barrels and some stainless steel. Unfiltered, unfined, <30 mg of SO2 added before bottling.
