On the nose notes of wild berries such as currants and raspberries, cherries, dog rose and iodized notes, spicy and smoky background. In the mouth it is fresh and full of flavor, with a smooth but rich and full sip, with a persistent mineral finish. Vinification: Open top fermenter, 12 hours on the skins Elevage: 10 months stainless steel Unfined/Unfiltered
