2020 - 65% Moscatel Setúbal, 10% Moscatel Roxo (Palmela) & 25% Arinto (Alenquer)
Medium body fresh and soft tannins. Apricot, Orange Peel, White Nectarine.
Hand harvested, destemmed and gently crushed in open lagar. Skin contact for 7 days. spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Pressed into old French oak barrels (4-8th year use) where it completes malolactic and ages for about 6 months. 60mg total sulphur added.
