Average age of 15 years in granitic soil; 500 cases made. Grapes are harvested by hand and after a pre-fermentation maceration, grapes are pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation at at temperature between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius in stainless steel. The wine spends 3 months on fine lees.
