Hand harvest at perfect maturity of grapes. Stainless steel fermentation in 5 different tanks with different temperatures each, 10% is fermented in French oak barrels. Some malolactic fermentation to give roundness to the wine. Blending at end of fermentation and maturing for 6 months in stainless steel. 2 months aged in bottle before its release.
