It has a waxy, honeyed nose of lanolin, peach and green fruits. Fresh and saline on the palate with high but ripe acidity, plus more stone fruits and citrus zest. A lively apéritif that also goes well with seafood.
Aged in 600L oak barrels made using local oak and bottled without fining or filtration.
