Ripe yet totally dry and vinous with abundant mineral depth on the finish. Ruppert-Leroy is a driving force of Organic and Biodynamic viticulture in Champagne’s Aube region. Vinified from the grapes grown in the vineyard that bares the same name as the wine. It is a brisk, floral, bracingly mineral driven Champagne. 

Vilification with natural yeast from their grapes, without any fining, filtering, or liqueur added. Alcoholic fermentation and élevage on fine lees take place in barrel and demi-muids for nine months, including natural malolactic fermentation. Then, the wines are aged on the lees in bottle for 18-20 months. No added sulfites.
