Rezabal Txakoli white is a dry wine with natural effervescence. Aromas of intense citrus fruits, green apple, bright acidity, and delicate salinity.Cheerful and friendly. Highlights the freshness of the captivating and refreshing acidity of the grape.
After hand harvesting, the must ferments in refrigerated stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. Towards the end of alcoholic fermentation, the tanks are closed to preserve the natural carbonation from fermentation. The tanks are then kept chilled to near freezing before bottling, which preserves the wine’s delicate, effervescent character.
