Amber gold with copper highlights. The nose offers white peach, floral notes, and herbaceous undertones with hints of dried apricot. On the palate, medium-bodied with pleasant tannic grip, balanced acidity, flavors of dried mango and subtle spice, finishing taut and saline.
In the cellar, intervention stays minimal. Fermentation relies entirely on indigenous yeasts, and extended macerations—sometimes lasting up to nine months for certain cuvées—extract color, texture, and complexity. All wines are bottled without filtration, fining, or added sulfites, ensuring pure expressions of terroir and vintage.
