Aromas of mandarin orange, meadow flowers and austere minerality. Bruised apple and orchard fruits show on the palate with a backbone of herbal green tea tannins. The volcanic terrior comes through with smoky and earth-like tertiary notes. Vivid and enticing.
Orange wine. Fermentation without controlling the temperature. 7 months of refinement in chestnut barrels and another 7 months in bottles. Unfined/Unfiltered
