A blend of two indigenous Georgian varietals -- one white, one red. Both grapes are fermented on the skins for two weeks, resulting in what translates to more of a light red than a rosé. It has a wild, complex nose that leads into tart cranberry flavors, herbal nuances, and subtly vegetal notes. High acidity, a long finish, and gentle tannins make this a versatile wine to pair with food, but holds up just as a well as a meditation on two exotic, lesser-known grapes.
