Great acidity and minerality with citrus and tropical fruit characters. Intense notes of quince marmalade with smoked sage, dried bergamot and elderflower honey. A few days of maceration on the skins, slight oxidative profile. This wine is made naturally without any addition – native yeasts, no sulfites, unfiltered, unfined.
