The color is a delicate pink with orange reflections. The bouquet is rich of floral nuances, rose petals and violets, with a very present note of fresh red fruit such as sour cherry, strawberry and pomegranate. On the palate the Rosato is fresh and juicy, very pleasant, showing a hint of pink grapefruit on the finish. The Rosato has a great structure, confirming its nature as a territorial wine.
VITICULTURE: Hand-harvested in the first part of October from 15 to 20 year old vines.
VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel.
AGING: Aged in stainless steel.
NOTES: Proceeds from this wine will go to the benefit United Vines.
