The grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed. The juice ferments in 7 year old 600 liter barrels for about 2 months, in contact with the skins for the first 3 days. The wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with zero sulfur added. Beautiful bouquet of florals, sweet honey dew, citrus notes on the nose. Good balance of acidity and fruit characters on the palate.
