2020 - Riesling
What we ended up with was a lower alcohol, bracingly acidic riesling. Another year for the cabinets. Residual sugar, but most importantly, balanced.
Vinification: Direct pressed and fermented in 500L neutral puncheons
Aging: 7 Months in neutral puncheons
