A cornucopia of dark berries and fruit. It is pleasant on the palate, with a sharpness due to transparent acidity and a fine tannin finish.

The grapes from the different plots are vinified separately using indigenous yeasts. Short macerations with 10% whole clusters were carried out (12 days) and the wine was left in stainless steel tanks for malolactic conversion. Aged one year in French Oak, 54L Demijohn and clay amphora. The wine is eventually bottled without clarifying or filtering.
