The most structured of the trio and the most serious. Carinyos expresses beautiful blue velvety fruit, sweet winter spices with a whisper of pencil graphite as a supporting mineral backbone. WOW! Dense on the palate with a hefty tannic structure while still showing enough acidity to keep it balanced. Aforementioned notes follow unto the palate with a touch of wood. 1 year old oak, old vine, low yield! ONLY 10oz of juice per bush. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2.
