NV - Riesling & Sylvaner Rich, flamboyant white with heaps of spices and exotic fruit – although not really sparkling, there’s a slight fizzy lift. All grapes are sorted while harvested by hand. The Riesling part comes from vintages 2016 and 2017; during the 2018 harvest, they were blended with fresh juice of skin-macerated Sylvaner. Elevage on lees in fiberglass tanks. Racked and bottled without fining, filtration or sulfur added.
