Pinot Noir
Light, slightly chewy tannins, slight peppery notes, and red cherries! Acidity is quite pronounced typical of the region but well balanced with fruity aromatics. Rustic. Wine shows bit of smoky character after opening up which was quite surprising for a light body red to show. Can be lightly chilled to wash down your favorite burgers, or be had at cellar temperature while enjoying a couple of chapters of your favorite book. This one will change in the glass, and show you different aspects with time :)
