The Loire Valley component comes from sand and gravel vineyards and adds elegance and finesse. The Languedoc fruit adds a fruity richness. Together they create an exceptionally delicious French Pinot Noir.
Termovinification. The must and grapes are heated up to 65C and then cooled down after a 10 hour maceration. The fermentation in stainless steel tanks is made under low temperatures around 20C. 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Machine harvested.
