Hand harvested in optimal conditions, grape cooling, maceration and fermentation in temperature controlled concrete vats, short to medium vatting. The purple color is bright, beautifully intense, with subtle purple hues. The powerful nose combines red and black ripe fruits aromas with hints of small sun-kissed berries. A straight complex and sweet attack on the palate, balances this harmony with a slow finish. "LeRouge Kosher" is a hearty and generous wine. Organic.
