This is a wine with endless bright fruit and fleshiness in a world that often produces wines that are austere and one-dimensional. This is a pleasure to drink and be mesmerized in its color and packaging.
The Dolcetto got intentionally beat up a bit on the road to the winery getting an early and hard extraction going. When they arrived at the winery both varieties were pressed and combined. It was then fermented at a cool 66ºF for two weeks and bottled with 14 grams of RS. After four months of resting the bottles were disgorged, hit with a dose of SO2 and sent our merry way.
