2020 - Pinot Noir
Combines volatile acidity and slightly reductive notes with lots of juicy fruit of blood oranges, sour cherries and blackberries and with a still youthful yeast, some lime and a light spiciness reminiscent of undergrowth.
Hand picked, late harvest. The fermentation starts quickly with the help of white wine.
The vatting is very short (4-5 days) and the fermentation ends in barrel.
