Made from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa, bottle fermented she is ruby red in colour with aromas of cherry, carnation, a trace of licorice. Flinty minerality and elevated with tight fizz, fresh acidity and green tea tannins. Crispy as F***.
Frisant Rosso is made with the 'Metodo Ancestrale' technique. Spontaneous Fermentation with native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal added sulfites.
