Honeyed lemon and candied ginger mixes with vanilla custard, baked apricots and sweet smoke as the deeply alluring. Flora comes to life in the glass. Its textures are almost glycerol-like in feel, yet guided by brilliant acidity, as floral-laced orchard fruits mix with hints of lime under pretty inner florals. This becomes almost salty through the finale, displaying admirable structure.
Unfined, native yeast fermentation with low to no added sulfur.
