Its aromas are characteristic of mature red fruits, dry tomato leaves, blackberry, and bay leave. The wine also shows notes of leather, tobacco, licorice and other tertiary notes given naturally by the oak ageing process. The tannins on this wine are mild and elegant.
Grapes selected in the vineyard, destemmed and uncrushed. Alcoholic fermentation take place in stainless steel tank within a temperature range of 26º-28ºC looking for a fresh fruity profile. Malolactic fermentation occurs in the same stainless steel tank. For 12 months the wine is aged in 228L French oak.
