The wine is a melancholy ruby color with a sweet aroma of cherries. It as a natural light flavor with ripe red fruit, gentle acidity and a hint of umami.
Made using the Method Ancestral, where Tavkveri is harvested and destemmed, pressed, fermented for one month in a kvevri, then tiraged, fermented and aged in the bottle.
