A blend of all Gentle Folk estate plots that don’t go into their single vineyards. Norton Summit (60%), Little Creek (15%), Picadilly (10%), and Scary Gully (15%). 100% whole cluster open-top fermentation, but the blend includes some destemmed and 50% whole bunch fermentation barrels. 8 months in French oak barriques and puncheons, 10% new. Bottled under DIAM cork and sealed with wax. Light and youthful with wonderfully integrated silky tannins and acidity. Organic. Biodynamic
