Light ruby in color with garnet highlights, this lovely Bourgogne Rouge shows startling purity of fruit combined with a racy, juicy texture and lively finish.
All grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented traditionally, with aging in old oak barrels for about 18 months. (approximately 20% of the barrels are new ones).
