The aromatic profile is wide, with scents of dried fruits, citrus, honey and resin. The taste is full-bodied, fresh and dynamic, with a long persistence. Spontaneous fermentation, with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. It then matures in Slovenian oak barrels for 12 months, followed by an aging in steel for another twelve and then 4 years in the bottle. Franco Terpin's wines do not undergo any filtration or forced stabilization, so it is easy to find sediments on the bottom.
