Auxerrois 49%, Gewürztraminer 27%, Riesling 24%
The aromatic blend has a balanced weight with notes of alpine herbs, smoky almond skins, greengage plums and carambola.
The Auxerrois and Gewürztraminer were picked on the same day and pressed together. The Riesling was harvested two weeks later and was foot-trodden before pressing and used to top the fermenting barrels of Auxerrois/Gewürztraminer - in a mix of French and Oregon oak.
