Aromas of pink petals, balsamic herbs and fresh raspberries. Those fresh red-berry and wild-herb flavors create a bold and buoyant expression of nero d’Avola that reflects Sireci’s wind-blown, high-elevation vineyards in central Sicily.
Fermentation: 100% in cement containers. Malolactic fermentation takes place completely in cement.
Aging: 20 months in cement, 3 months in barrels, 4 months in the bottle
