Fresh and vibrant. Small tart cherry, cranberry, and peony. Airy, juicy acidity, with a subtle dark berry lingering finish.
VINIFICATION: Semi-carbon fermentation/maceration; no sulfur in vinification, all wild yeast fermenation. AGING: Aged in combination of stainless steel tank and barrel.
