Sémillon
The wine is sourced from a 60-year-old, own-rooted, organic vineyard in the La Patagua district of the Colchagua Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed into stainless steel for a spontaneous fermentation with native yeast. The wine is not filtered before bottling, giving a bright, waxy, piney rendition of old school Chilean Sémillon.
