Pinot Meunier
This Pinot Meunier comes from 53-year-old vines! We began making this wine in 2017 and decided to have the most fun possible by turning it into a Petillant Naturel (Pet Nat for short). This sparkling is the result of a natural fermentation bottled mid-way in its metamorphoses from juice to wine.
It tastes of key lime, lemon verbena, white tea, and pomelo. Serve it super cold and toast to the change of seasons. You best believe it’s delicious with a meal of Thai green curry or fried fish tacos. Organic
