Grenache
A cuvée of mostly grenache and cinsault, small quantities of mourvedre and counoise play supporting roles in the final blend. With a pale strawberry hue only slightly darker than a typical Provence rosé, the Aphillanthes sports aromas of red berries, stone fruit, and herbs. A refreshing quaffer, this has enough stuffing to pair well with grilled skirt steaks, or smoky shrimp dusted with Herbs de Provence. As affordable as it is delicious, the Aphillanthes rosé is always one of the first bottles to vanish before Summer's end. Don't miss it!
