2021 - Field Blend
A low fuss cofermented field blend. A symphony of grapes came together to concoct a wine that is so pure of fruit, it's almost too easy to drink. Ripe strawberry, sour cherry and a beautifully soft texture. Endlessly drinkable and a perfect chilled red to serve on its own.
It's all fruit from the domaine. Co-fermentation, and then the wine is aged in barrels (demi muid & regular) for 6 weeks before bottling late Oct. unfined, unfiltered and no sulfur added.
