2019 - Cabernet Franc
Garnet color with a pretty violety nose; small red berrries damsel plums on the round and smooth palate; This serious yet playful wine can age for up to a decade and has darker fruit and more depth with a persistent minerality on the long finish.
The grapes are machine harvested and carefully sorted then fermented with natural yeasts in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and given a long maceration of around a month before being aged in concrete vats a further nine months, finally bottled with natural cork.
